We get asked this a lot, if it it a large collection it will take some time to ensure they figures are priced correctly.  Best bet is send us a full list or photograph your collection in the cabinets and we can discuss further.

Items are normally listed as quickly as possible but it all depends on the size of the collection. For larger collections this may will take longer to input.

Until we sell them or you ask for them to be removed.

The buyer always pays, all prices quoted on Neverland are plus shipping, once the prospective buyer confirms their location, we then to provide a shipping quote and go from there.

Once the final price/shipping has been agreed and the buyer is happy to proceed we then work with everyone behind the scenes to complete the sale.

Yes, we do charge a commission of the final sale price agreed for any item that we sell.

We also offer a fully inclusive service where we will physically handle everything from start to finish, including all packing etc.

Yes, it’s your figure but we will assist on this aspect also.

We will work with the buyer on your behalf to find a solution that works for the buyer. If an item does arrive damaged, Neverland’s commission on the sale is non refundable as our introduction to the buyer in order to complete the sale will have been completed successfully.

We do ask ALL sellers to remember the following when they agree to list an item on our site.

1.  Treat as you expect to be treated.
2.  Describe your item 100% accurately.
3.  Package your items with care, far easier to spend 10 minutes extra and have it arrive safe and sound.
4.  If when packing you find something not as described, notify us immediately so we can update the buyer and agree the next steps.
5.  If something arrives damaged/broken, we will work with you and the buyer to resolve.
